ABSTRACT

JUJUN JUHANDA. Effect of Motivation and Organizational Behaviour Effectiveness Against Teacher Working at Al-Madrasah Aliyah Al hikam  Sumedang district of West Java.

Initial findings indicate that the third alternative hypothesis (Ha) is proposed in this study received, and rejected the null hypothesis (H0). Which can be deduced or formulated as follows:

Based on the results of testing the correlation coefficient using the formula test analysis values ​​obtained tcount tcount = 1.181 while the price of 2.228 TTable.
Thus it can be said that there is a positive influence on the motivation of the effectiveness of teachers, because the criteria calculations are tcount <TTable (1.181 <2.228).

Based on the results of testing the correlation coefficient using the formula t test analysis values ​​obtained tcount = 3.228 while the price of 2.228 TTable.
Thus it can be said that there is a positive influence on the motivation of the teacher's effectiveness because the criteria calculations are tcount> TTable (3.228> 2.228)

Although statistically there successfully tested positive influence between two variables, the researchers realized that the factors of motivation and organizational behavior is not the only factors that determine the level of effectiveness of teachers.

There are still other factors that may contribute to the effectiveness of the work of teachers such as discipline, self-actualization, the division of labor, work motivation, job promotion, job skills, and other factors not examined in this study.

Analysis of test results obtained Fchange magnitude of 0.000. Consulted with the magnitude of this magnitude is obtained Ftabel scale of 0.05, which indicates that the coefficient of correlation between motivation and organizational behavior together with the effectiveness of teachers' work is very significant.
